It took a lot of time and milk to hone these recipes and craft the creamiest and most dense ice cream imaginable. At the end of the day it was all worth it because we knew from the second we tasted the fruits of our labor we had something special on our hands.

Our customers in our scoop shop have always gone ape for our Banana Split - finally available in our pints! Perfectly ripe bananas and oven-toasted walnuts with a chocolate fudge swirl create a beautiful texture and taste that will have you swinging through the valley.

We've had berries on the brain and sometimes you just gotta let the simplest flavors shine. Blueberries grow all over the Pacific Northwest, so it's only right that we showcase one of our favorite berries with our latest flavor!
Our Pacific Northwest pronunciation of “pecan” may not pass Southern muster, but we nailed it where it counts. Our full-strength Butter Pecan ice cream has a savory, buttery base jam-packed with freshly toasted pecans. It’s a crunchy, creamy combo full of pure indulgence no matter how you say it.
Despite the fact that we make this the old fashioned way, this isn’t your same old Chocolate Chip. Our full-strength Chocolate Chip starts with our handcrafted liquid chocolate, delicately drizzled into a drum of frozen ice cream. The cold causes the chocolate ribbon to shatter into bite-sized bits, and the result is a crunchy classic.
This is perhaps our most requested flavor EVER, and after a lot of research and development (and taste tests), it's definitely time for this flavor to gets it due! Sweet chocolate ice cream mixed with swirls of peanut buttery goodness? Yes please!

This one’s a cool character, and classic for a reason. Our full-strength Mint Chip ice cream is a double-chilled dose of freshness with a ribbon of premium chocolate running right through all of it. If you want refreshment that packs a punch, reach for this one.
We knew we wanted another berry-centric flavor and couldn’t settle on just one, so we decided to just throw the entire berry basket in! Every lick of our Mixed Berry is bursting with hand-selected blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and raspberries that will show your tastebuds a “berry” good time.

Our little patch of earth here in the Pacific Northwest is bursting at the seams with the best berries around. So we’re picky about which ones end up in our full strength Strawberry ice cream, and only the juiciest, ripest ones make the cut.
Plain old vanilla has no place around these parts. We combine Madagascar Vanilla with locally-sourced milk and cream to give this classic a big-time kick in the pants. Easily the most exotic export Washington has to offer.
